Hope you are enjoying a beautiful Indian Summer! San francisco has the best weather this time of year. I have been busy updating my Website, working on improvements around my property and of course practicing Yoga. I am also training for an upcoming half marathon. i like to power walk them. As far as my travels go, i am pretty much in San Francisco and northern California most of the time. I like to consider LA my second home andwill be visiting soon. The dates will be posted here and on my homepage. I will be visiting Mexico in Oct. for some R and R! Mexico is one of my favorite resort destinations. I love to go to the beach! hope your Sunday was sunny and sexy!  I did alot of shopping and working out , so I guess that qualifys as sexy. Updates on my site will be done this week. they are from an Adult convention I attened recently. I will also be shooting again next week. I am so escited about the theme! It is really me! I bought a used surf board this weekend. I am going to make a surfboard bar under my Palapa. It si going to be sooo cool looking! not a happy anniversary today? i was in nyc when this horrific event occurred> i had a 9AM tanning appointment. When I was thru around 920a.m. i walked outside to real mess. People were running anc screaming all over the place. I frantically asked a vendor on the corner what was going on.  He said there was a fire , or a small plane had crashed into a building in Manhattan. I ran back to the hotel where i was staying. the lobby was a disaster. We were told to stay inside! I went upstairs and turned on the TV, only to watch with helplessness as planes crashed and buildings fell. I ened up taking the train back home to Calif. a four day trip ion a chair. Packed with people just like me fleeing NYC. the airlines had cancelled most of the flights, hence the train trip. But it did not matter. I was a lucky one. i was safe and eating train food  instead of plane food.Now our world has changed, not for the better. Security is tough and tight, but maybe not any safer. I continue with my life as we all do. Wondering, waiting, suspicious of others and looked at as a suspect as we travel aound our own country and the world. My heart goes out to the victims and the loved ones left behind.  It is a different world.

My 13 year old doggie Chelsea went to heaven last night. she had been battling Lymph node cancer for a couple of months. she was a very brave girl. much braver than her Mommy.I miss her dearly. Having to say good bye to a loved dog is a horrible experience. I felt insane. Was I really doing this. Was this really me. Is this the right thing to to do? I know it was due to her health, but I had difficulty making this decision. If you have ever had to experience this yourself, you know how i feel. 

Summer is also gone. today the forcast for my not so little town is 90 and Smoky. that equals yucky to me.nothing looks good in smoke. Least of all my eyes. Every summer goes by way to fast and this one was no exception. I hope your summer was wonderful. Looking forward to spending some time in the Fall with you! love Utah
