Hope you are enjoying a beautiful Indian Summer! San francisco has the best weather this time of year. I have been busy updating my Website, working on improvements around my property and of course practicing Yoga. I am also training for an upcoming half marathon. i like to power walk them. As far as my travels go, i am pretty much in San Francisco and northern California most of the time. I like to consider LA my second home andwill be visiting soon. The dates will be posted here and on my homepage. I will be visiting Mexico in Oct. for some R and R! Mexico is one of my favorite resort destinations. I love to go to the beach!
