Good morning, it is so funny to watch my Doggie Ruffles chase his tail around and around. Never of course catching it! He is crazy!  Well, beautiful morning here, even though it is a very disturbing world. After the shootings at VT.  My hear feels broken after this horrible incident. I wish we lived in a logical world.  I am going into my hot tub right now. Good way to begin the morning. The closest thing to the Oceano Pacifico available to me right now.   i have been taking so many Yoga classes lately, i feel strong, but sore in a few places too. I think i am in need of a massage.
